We bought our house 4 years ago and have bumbled along fairly successfully.  Recently, however, as we now spend most of our time here, we have started doing bigger and more costly things – new central heating, new kitchen, etc. Mistakes can be time consuming and expensive so it was essential that we got things right.  Ros has been marvellous in arranging and attending meetings and in particular dealing with the inevitable problems by telephone. Bumbling along fact to face is one thing, telephone conversations are totally different.  Would we have got to where we are now without Ros, possibly, but we’re glad we didn’t try.  We want a stress free retirement and Ros has gone a long way in providing that.
